Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound each breast gently until about ½ inch thick. (5 minutes)
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth and glossy. Season lightly with salt and pepper. (3 minutes)
