A quick and fun snack platter featuring hand-shaped turkey and cheese, fresh fruit, and crunchy crackers. Perfect for busy weeknights or after-school hunger, this no-cook meal comes together in under 10 minutes and is a hit with kids.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4–6 ounces deli turkey slices (about 4–6 slices)
  • 2–3 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, washed and dried
  • 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries or raspberries (optional)
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat crackers (about 10–12 crackers)
  • 1/4 cup baby carrots or cucumber rounds (optional)
  • Small cookie cutters in hand, star, or animal shapes

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep the fruit: rinse grapes and pat dry; slice apple into thin wedges. Set aside.
  2. Slice the cheese into 1/4-inch thick slices if needed.
  3. Press cookie cutter firmly into turkey slices to create shapes. Repeat with cheese slices.
  4. Arrange the platter: place turkey shapes in one corner, cheese shapes next to them, then create small piles of grapes, apple slices, and crackers. Keep items separated.
  5. Add optional baby carrots or cucumber rounds to fill empty spaces.
  6. Serve immediately. If making ahead, keep crackers separate and add just before serving.

Notes

Use slightly cold cheese for cleaner cuts. Stack turkey slices to cut multiple shapes at once. Keep a damp paper towel handy to wipe the cookie cutter between shapes. Prep fruit last to prevent browning. Imperfect shapes are fine—kids love them anyway.
