These Easy Turkey Ranch Pinwheel Wraps are a quick, no-cook appetizer or lunch made with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, deli turkey, cheddar, and lettuce rolled in flour tortillas. Perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or a simple snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (3 tablespoons) ranch seasoning mix
  • 810 slices deli turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 45 large lettuce leaves (romaine or green leaf)
  • Optional: diced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese: Take the cream cheese out of the fridge about 20 minutes before starting. If in a hurry, microwave for 10-15 seconds, checking every 5 seconds.
  2. Mix the filling: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and fully combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  3. Prep the tortillas: Lay tortillas flat on a cutting board. If cold, warm in microwave for 10 seconds to make pliable.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture: Using a spatula or butter knife, spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
  5. Layer the turkey: Place 2-3 slices of turkey on each tortilla, overlapping slightly to cover the cream cheese evenly.
  6. Add cheese and veggies: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the turkey. Lay a lettuce leaf on top, pressing gently. If using bell peppers, scatter a tablespoon or two over the lettuce.
  7. Roll it up tight: Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla as tightly as possible without tearing. Use fingers to tuck filling in as you go. Place seam-side down.
  8. Wrap and chill: Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap, twisting the ends like a candy wrapper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
  9. Slice and serve: Unwrap rolls and place on a clean cutting board. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Wipe knife between cuts for clean slices. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or keep chilled.

Notes

Chilling is essential for clean slices. Do not overfill. Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture. Pat lettuce dry to prevent sogginess. Can be made up to 24 hours ahead.
