A quick and easy no-cook chicken Caesar wrap recipe perfect for busy lunches or light dinners, combining tender rotisserie chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese wrapped in soft tortillas.

  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, washed and chopped (about 4 cups)
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (120 ml)
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (25 grams or 0.9 ounces)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch/25 cm)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Optional extras: croutons, sliced cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly using a salad spinner or paper towels. Chop into bite-sized pieces (about 1 inch).
  2. Shred the rotisserie chicken into thin strips or bite-sized chunks, avoiding skin unless preferred.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped romaine, and Parmesan cheese. Gradually add Caesar dressing, tossing gently to coat evenly without wilting the lettuce. Add black pepper and lemon juice if using.
  4. Optional: Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 10 seconds per side for easier rolling.
  5. Lay one tortilla flat and spoon about ¾ cup (180 ml) of the chicken Caesar mixture down the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  6. Serve immediately for best crunch or wrap tightly in parchment or plastic wrap if packing for later.

Notes

Dry lettuce thoroughly to avoid soggy wraps. Use quality rotisserie chicken for best flavor. Add croutons if the wrap feels too loose. Avoid overdressing to prevent sogginess.
