Quick and easy 15-minute snack featuring ham, Swiss cheese, and ranch-flavored cream cheese wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough. Perfect for game day, after-school snacks, or party appetizers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Optional: Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 4 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning mix. Stir until completely smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate along perforated lines into 8 triangles. Lay them on the prepared baking sheet with wide ends facing you.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the ranch cream cheese onto each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Place one slice of ham on each triangle, then one slice of Swiss cheese on top of the ham.
  6. Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle toward the point. Tuck the point under the roll and place seam-side down on the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  7. Brush melted butter over the tops of each roll-up. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly around the edges.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  10. Serve warm.

Notes

Soft cream cheese is essential for easy spreading. Don’t overfill to prevent bursting. Watch oven closely as baking time varies. Can be assembled up to 4 hours ahead and refrigerated before baking. Best served warm within 10 minutes of baking.
