Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry thoroughly with paper towels to ensure crispiness. (5 minutes)
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika, lemon zest (optional), salt, and black pepper. Mix well. (5 minutes)
  3. Toss the chicken thighs in the Parmesan mixture until evenly coated on all sides. Press the mixture gently onto the skin for better adhesion. (5 minutes)
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it run empty for 3 minutes. (3 minutes)
