Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. (5 minutes)
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon zest if using. Stir until it forms a thick paste. (5 minutes)
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss well, making sure each piece is evenly coated with the garlic Parmesan mixture. Use your hands if needed. (3 minutes)
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
