  • 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla (use dairy-free yogurt for vegan option)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice (whole, almond, oat, or coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 45 ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your peaches: If using fresh, wash, pit, and slice about 1 1/2 cups (225g). Frozen peaches can be added straight from the freezer.
  2. Add the peaches, Greek yogurt, and milk into the blender.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  4. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker, colder smoothie.
  5. Secure the lid tightly and blend on low speed, then increase to high. Blend for 30-45 seconds until creamy and smooth.
  6. Check consistency: If too thick, add a splash more milk and pulse again. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or a small piece of frozen peach and blend a few seconds.
  7. Serve immediately in glasses or mason jars.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best flavor. Frozen peaches should be unsweetened and sliced. Layer liquids first in the blender for smooth blending. Avoid over-blending to keep smoothie cool and fresh. For vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt and milk with coconut yogurt and almond milk. Adding protein powder or greens can customize the smoothie.
