  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Blue corn tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese using a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ranch dressing and buffalo wing sauce, then mix until fully combined.
  4. Stir in sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder gently.
  5. Fold in the cooked shredded chicken evenly.
  6. Mix in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  7. Transfer the mixture to an 8×8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Notes
