This easy candy corn bark combines creamy white chocolate with melted candy corn and festive fall sprinkles for a quick, crowd-pleasing treat that tastes like fall in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces (340 grams) high-quality white chocolate, chopped (e.g., Ghirardelli or Lindt)
  • 1 cup (about 200 grams) classic candy corn
  • 2 tablespoons fall-themed sprinkles
  • Optional: flaky sea salt, chopped pecans, or toasted pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, letting it overhang the edges.
  2. Chop the white chocolate into small, even pieces (about pea-sized).
  3. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave (30-second bursts at 50% power), stirring until smooth.
  4. Add the candy corn to the melted chocolate and stir gently until it starts to melt, creating streaks of orange and yellow. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.
  6. Sprinkle the fall sprinkles evenly over the top while the chocolate is still wet, gently pressing them in.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or freeze for 20 minutes) until firm.
  8. Lift the bark out using the parchment paper, then break into irregular pieces with your hands.

Notes

Use room temperature candy corn for easier melting. If chocolate seizes, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. For more distinct swirls, add candy corn in two batches. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
